ARJ Los Angeles curates artisanal tableware and contemporary home décor from Japan, Korea, and Europe. With locations in Santa Monica, ROW DTLA, and an online store, we’re a fast-growing, design-driven brand passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Santa Monica store
, located on the vibrant and beautiful corner of Montana Avenue. Part-time and full-time positions are available. As the face and voice of our brand, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while helping customers discover and connect with our unique collections. Each artisan-made, one-of-a-kind piece has a story to tell. We want you to deliver those stories to our customers, helping them understand the craftsmanship and passion behind every item.

• Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally
• Share accurate, engaging product knowledge
• Support customer inquiries via phone and email
• Stock, organize, and maintain the store’s visual appeal
• Stock and display merchandise to maintain a beautiful store environment.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for design, home decor, and craftsmanship
• Comfortable using iPads and Macs
• Shopify or e-commerce experience a plus
• Attention to detail in identifying and handling various SKUs.
• Available to work weekends and holidays

• Monday - Sunday, 11AM - 6:30 PM
• Minimum commitment of 20 - 40 hours per week.
