McCall's Meat & Fish Co. is seeking a responsible and motivated Front of House associate to provide customer-facing counter service at our SANTA MONICA location. Whether you're a seasoned hospitality pro or just passionate about delicious things, this is your chance to be part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in great service, quality ingredients, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-- Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
-- Fill orders at the meat counter: picking out and wrapping proteins for guests.
-- Provide detailed product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
-- Assist with checkout, including handling payments and keeping track of customer orders.
-- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front-of-house space.
-- Actively contribute to a collaborative and friendly work environment.

Qualifications:

- Passion for food, people, and hospitality.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- A team player who’s also self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Weekend availability.
- Valid CA Food Handler’s Card.

40 hours a week - $18.50/HR + Tips (pooled, averaging $6-9/hr)
