The Spirit of the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cashier
to join our team. As a cashier, you will be handling payment transactions in a friendly & professional manner. This position will require excellent communication skills between you and our visitors, as well as your team, to provide a memorable experience for our visitors.

Reliable transportation is highly encouraged; this will increase your work opportunities
Positions are PART-TIME & FULL TIME.

*** Position REQUIRES you to work weekends. The ability to work late nights will give you the opportunity to work more hours.
Responsibilities:

Greet visitors in a friendly & professional manner.
Process customer payments accurately and effectively.
Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face.
Direct guests towards their intended destinations.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Effectively meet company standards that are aligned in the employee handbook.
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a neat appearance and be well-groomed.
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Able to follow the LAZ way & Values.

Requirements:

Must be able to work unsupervised.
Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Superior customer service skills desired.
Must be able to work outdoors. Will work in rain, sun (HEAT), and night hours in the cold.

Physical Demands:

Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, rain, direct sun, etc.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and otherwise manipulate objects of at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects.
