Retail Sales Lead – Premium Wellness Showroom (OTE $92K) | Santa Monica, CA

Location: Santa Monica, CA (In-Person)

Compensation: $29–33/hour base + commission + bonus

On-Target Earnings: $92,000+

We are hiring a Retail Sales Lead for our premium sauna and cold plunge showroom in Santa Monica, CA. This is a high-earning, in-person sales role focused on walk-in traffic, scheduled appointments, community outreach, and premium customer experience.

• Serve as the lead sales expert in our Santa Monica showroom
• Deliver personalized consultations and live product demonstrations
• Convert walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments into sales

• Act as keyholder and on-floor leader
• Guide daily sales priorities and team focus
• Support opening and closing procedures

• Conduct in-person and virtual sales consultations
• Re-engage inactive leads through outbound follow-up calls

• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory coordination
• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Participate in local field marketing initiatives
• Support local events and trade shows
• Promote brand awareness in surrounding neighborhoods

• 2+ years of retail sales experience (luxury, sporting goods, or wellness preferred)
• 2+ years of sales floor leadership experience
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Experience opening and closing a retail location
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRM and sales software tools
• Willingness to participate in local marketing outreach

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
