Requirements
- Qualifications and Skills 5 years of sales strategy/planning/admin, content licensing or acquisitions, finance, or related experience
- Exceptional organization, note taking, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities and Excel skills (working with large, complex datasets)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Power Point
- Ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and constant evolving priorities
- Highly self-motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly, take accountability, and drive projects forward
- Resourceful and proactive problem solver
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Nice to Haves Experience at a studio, streaming service, or other major media company strongly preferred
- Passion for film and television, with strong knowledge of the ever-evolving TV distribution landscape
- Understanding of TV rights & series deal structures
- Experience with Rights Line, Salesforce, and/or Air Table
- Desire to reduce inefficiencies and streamline process
- Ability to project manage
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Full-time
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 /year USD
