** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Monitor visitor access, verify credentials, manage sign-in and sign-out activity, and/or direct guests, staff, and deliveries in a professional manner within a media and technology-focused environment.

+ Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Observe lobby and reception activity, report unusual behavior or conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence and attention to detail.

+ Support administrative and security-related documentation, including visitor logs, incident reports, and/or pass issuance, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
