Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and building activity to help support authorized entry, observe visitor and contractor movement, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post instructions;
Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and assist with routine property-related requests while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
