Overview
IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high‑end retail locations across the Santa Monica Area. We are seeking both Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer‑facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.
Responsibilities- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
- Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
- Provide customer service while enforcing store policies
- Respond to incidents, de‑escalate situations and document reports
- Work closely with store management and IPS leads
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to stand/walk for an extended period
- Weekend availability is required
- Flexible shifts available (part‑time, full‑time, and on‑call)
- Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and licensing)
