Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Guide

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures and monitoring access points.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.;
Support access control and visitor management processes by verifying credentials and guiding movement throughout the property.
