Security Officer Part Time Visitor Credentialing

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities;
Monitor access to the property, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs;
Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate visitor arrivals or service requests to appropriate personnel;
Observe front lobby activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or policy violations to site leadership and/or appropriate responders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures
