Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including supporting hospital staff during urgent situations.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding grounds to help identify and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, verifying authorized access, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
