Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbeabletoperformeachessentialfunction, with or without accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the duties, responsibilities, knowledge, skill, and/orabilityrequired.

• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair.
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Maintaining the building HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof.
• Repairing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and make necessary repairs before they become urgent.

• Perform minor repairs, such as patching walls, fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and repairing doors and windows.
• Ensure trash and debris are removed promptly.

Ensure there is a Facility ticket number for each request for maintenance service.

• Repair broken locks, windows, and damage to walls and building structure immediately.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  The maintenance technician must strictly comply with and ensure staff compliance with all state, federal and local regulations.
• Professional Behavior:
  Strictly maintain professional boundaries following established limits and guidelines for appropriate behavior with participants, ensuring a safe and ethical environment by clearly separating the professional role from personal…
