Job Overview

A globally recognized entertainment organization is hiring an AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI agents that enhance productivity across creative, operational, and business teams. This full‑time role, based in Los Angeles, CA, focuses on developing intelligent systems that automate workflows, surface insights, and integrate with internal tools. The role offers a rare chance to apply cutting‑edge AI to real business problems at global scale, with ownership of high‑impact AI agents rather than experiments.

1 Year

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js
• Hands‑on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and production reliability

• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings
• Experience integrating AI with internal tools (Slack, Jira, CRM, CMS, etc.)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring strategies
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Designing and building internal AI agents to automate workflows and decision‑making
• Integrating LLMs with internal systems, APIs, and proprietary data sources
• Developing retrieval, memory, and tool‑use capabilities for agents
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases
• Improving reliability, observability, and safety of AI‑driven systems
