We are looking for a Rust Engineer to join our startup. This is a permanent, full‑time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.

• Design, develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.
• Utilize programming languages such as Rust to develop AI systems.
• Use container orchestration tools to manage and automate deployments, scaling and management of containerized applications.
• Develop and maintain Docker containers for deployment of AI applications.
• Work closely with the software development team to integrate AI models into desktop software applications.
• Collaborate with the OpenAI team to develop and implement cutting‑edge AI technologies.
• Use the LLM (Language Model) to train AI models and improve their performance.
• Conduct regular testing to ensure the performance and reliability of AI systems.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our AI systems remain competitive.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and devise possible solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Rust.
• Extensive experience with container orchestration tools and Docker.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, NLP and deep learning.
• Familiarity with desktop software development.
• Experience with OpenAI and LLM.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical team members.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends.
