We are looking for a Rust Engineer to join our startup. This is a permanent, full‑time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
Responsibilities- Design, develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.
- Utilize programming languages such as Rust to develop AI systems.
- Use container orchestration tools to manage and automate deployments, scaling and management of containerized applications.
- Develop and maintain Docker containers for deployment of AI applications.
- Work closely with the software development team to integrate AI models into desktop software applications.
- Collaborate with the OpenAI team to develop and implement cutting‑edge AI technologies.
- Use the LLM (Language Model) to train AI models and improve their performance.
- Conduct regular testing to ensure the performance and reliability of AI systems.
- Keep up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our AI systems remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and devise possible solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Rust.
- Extensive experience with container orchestration tools and Docker.
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, NLP and deep learning.
- Familiarity with desktop software development.
- Experience with OpenAI and LLM.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical team members.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Passion for technology and a desire to stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends.
