Job Details
We are a legal tech company based in Los Angeles. We are hiring a Mobile Engineer to build and maintain mobile applications across iOS and Android using React and React Native.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React/React Native code for iOS and Android platforms.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality.Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure usability and stability.Stay up to date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the mobile landscape.Work with product teams to understand end‑user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Integrate third‑party APIs.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in mobile software development with a focus on React Native.Proficiency in writing clean, scalable, and performant code.Strong knowledge of iOS and Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back‑end services.Knowledge of open‑source ecosystem and ability to create custom packages.Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.Proficient with Git and code versioning tools.Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to incorporate feedback into development.Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Equal Opportunity EmployerJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
