Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.;
Tour potential members through the club and describe facilities, equipment, and services tied to individual fitness goals.;
On-board new members and assist with all member retention activities to drive club profitability.;
Prospect and generate leads from within the community; set appointments for new business opportunities and manage leads in the Lead Management System.;
Provide a best-in-class member experience with a friendly check-in and engagement in personal training, group classes, and 24GO content.
