Dispatch Helper – Amazon Delivery Operations
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location:
Los Angeles
Part-Time Available
We are looking for a dependable and organized Dispatch Helper to support our Amazon delivery operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You’ll Do:- Assist dispatchers with daily driver check-in and route preparation
- Help monitor driver progress throughout the day
- Communicate with drivers by phone or text when needed
- Support drivers with delivery issues, rescues, delays, and route updates
- Help track packages, returns, and end-of-day debriefs
- Assist with van keys, devices, equipment, and basic operational tasks
- Help keep the dispatch area organized and running smoothly
- Follow company policies, safety rules, and Amazon delivery procedures
Schedule:
- $19.00 per hour
- start time, approximately 7:00 PM
- Shifts may vary depending on daily operations
- Weekend availability required

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using a phone, computer, apps, and basic tracking systems
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Logistics, dispatch, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required
