This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer located in Santa Paula, CA. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the assigned area, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and managing access control. The role also includes documenting incidents, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a professional presence is key to the role.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail for monitoring surroundings and identifying potential security risks
• Proficiency in handling access control, reporting incidents accurately, and using surveillance systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and operate under pressure
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
• Valid security guard license and certifications as required by state regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for prolonged periods
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus
