Site/Civil Engineer – Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Dewberry is seeking a Site / Civil Engineer to join our Site/Civil Department in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The role involves site/civil design for commercial and industrial site development, capital improvement projects, water and wastewater, and roadways.
Responsibilities- Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, erosion and sediment control design.
- Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
- Working on design teams to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
- May also conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with Water
CAD and Storm
CAD is a plus. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- EIT is strongly preferred.
- Previous internship experience is desired.
