Part Time Valet Trash Collector – Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Requirements:
Must have a driver’s license, PICK‑UP truck in good condition, speak English, comfortable with smartphones and apps. Former military service members preferred. No vans or SUVs. 5‑year contract work possible. No experience required; training will be provided.

• Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport to onsite trash compactor.
• Work 5 days per week, Sunday‑Thursday, 8:00 PM –10:00 PM.
• Climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door.
• Arrive on property by 7:55 PM sharp.
• Maintain quiet operation to accommodate residents getting ready for bed.
• Communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager.
• Maintain a clean Late‑Model PICK‑UP truck.

• Speak English.
• Owner of a good working PICK‑UP truck.
• Smartphone ownership.
• Physical ability to work in cold, rain or shine.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• High motivation and good attitude.
