• Support Beyond the Chair:End-to-end business, marketing, technology, and clinical resources to help you thrive

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (such as lasers and IVs).
• Discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
  
  Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care.
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider.

• Board-certified RNActiveand in good standing state(that this role is listed in) license Active BLS or ACLS certification

• Ability to safely administer treatmentsin accordance withstate regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
• Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes
• Recognition and management of allergic reactions
• Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence
• Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments

• Ability tomaintainaccurateandtimelypatient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

• Occasional travel for training and professional development
