Kindness Pet Hospital is a full-service small animal practice located along the beautiful beaches of 30A. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about client communication, preventative medicine, and providing excellent patient care. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who values autonomy, mentorship and work‑life balance.

• Perform physical exam, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
• Conduct surgical and dental procedures as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans, diagnostics, and education
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Participate in continuing education and clinic improvement initiatives

• DVM from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Interest in internal medicine, surgery, dentistry or ultrasound a plus
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Motivated, ethical, and detailed-oriented with a passion for continuous learning
• Base salary plus 25% commission
