Join California Closets Gulf Coast as a Customer Service Liaison / Showroom Attendant in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL! This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with customers and showcase our innovative storage solutions in a vibrant showroom environment.

• Greet and assist Clients in the showroom, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate showroom displays and maintain an organized, inviting environment.
• Schedule appointments for design consultations and follow up with Clients.
• Support design consultants by preparing materials and presentations for client meetings.
• Assist with restocking showroom displays as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Monday to Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-3pm, no holidays and only a rare weekend if needed.
• Passion for home design and organization is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Social Media activities to promote the Brand and support showroom events a plus!
