Habitat for Humanity of Walton County's ReStore is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Warehouse & Donation Associate to join their mission-driven team in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Responsibilities:- Receive, sort, and process donated goods including furniture, appliances, building materials, and home décor
- Assist donors with unloading donations in a courteous and efficient manner
- Organize and stock the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is clean, priced, and attractively displayed
- Operate warehouse equipment and assist with moving heavy or oversized items safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and donation intake area
- Support customers on the sales floor with locating items and loading purchases
- Evaluate donated items for quality and determine acceptance per ReStore guidelines
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50+ lbs regularly
- Previous warehouse, retail, or donation center experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends
- Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
- Passion for community service and the Habitat for Humanity mission
Habitat for Humanity of Walton County is a locally operated affiliate of the globally recognized Habitat for Humanity organization, dedicated to building strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing in our community. Our ReStore is a nonprofit home improvement thrift store that accepts and resells donated items to fund the construction of local Habitat homes.
