POS Installation Technician - Santa Rosa

Your role will be to ensure seamless POS hardware installation that meets quality standards and support customer success. There will be regular travel within a 90-mile radius of office location; occasional overnigh.

• Perform the physical installation of POS terminals, printers, payment devices and networking har

  Ensure all system components are installed, connected, and configured to company stan
• dards.
  
  Work from detailed project plans, equipment lists, and checklists to complete installation effici
• ently.
  
  Verify hardware functionality, peripheral integration, and network connect
• ivity.
  
  Identify and resolve issues proactively before G
• o Live Work with POS Onboarding Specialist and support teams to validate successful
• setup.
  
  Communicate clearly with POS Onboarding Specialist for final staging, menu configuration, and payment
• setup.
  
  Coordinate Go Live readiness and ensure all customer-facing hardware is functioning and s
• ecure.
  
  Ensure smooth transition to post-install support through accurate documentation and chec
• kouts.
  
  Maintain installation tools and company equipment in working
• order.
  
  Track and restock service hardware and supplies as n
• eeded.
  
  Ensure company vehicles are clean, organized, and maintained w
• eekly.
  
  Represent the company professionally while on customer
• sites.
