Christiana Cabinetry is a custom cabinetry manufacturer founded in 1976, specializing in high-end, bespoke cabinetry and built-in woodwork. What You'll Do as a Lead Kitchen Installer
- Lead the installation of custom kitchen cabinetry, moldings, panels, trim, hardware, and finish carpentry according to detailed plans and specifications.
- Modify cabinets, scribe components, and make field adjustments to achieve a seamless, custom fit.
- Oversee your installation helper by assigning daily work, providing guidance, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field and develop practical solutions while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, designers, project managers, and other trades throughout each installation.
- Maintain clean, organized jobsites while completing punch lists, documenting project progress, and ensuring every installation reflects the quality associated with the Christiana Cabinetry name.

- Experienced Leader: Brings 2+ years of kitchen cabinet installation experience along with 2+ years of leading or supervising an installation team.
- Problem Solver: Confidently evaluates job-site conditions, makes sound decisions in the field, and resolves installation challenges with minimal supervision.
- Organized Professional: Plans work efficiently, manages time well, and keeps projects moving while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Safety Focused: Works safely, cares for tools and equipment, maintains organized jobsites, and is comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Team-Oriented: Builds positive relationships with coworkers and customers, communicates professionally, and takes pride in supporting a culture built on craftsmanship, integrity, and collaboration.
