JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator usable).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements quickly.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures 36 to 90+ degrees depending on area.
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
• Hot surfaces and tools up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Delivery-related conditions may vary with weather.

• Talking and hearing on telephone; near/mid-range vision for most tasks; depth and night vision for driving when applicable.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to the following:

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed standing; working surfaces typically 36"–48" high.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations; carrying deliveries between store, vehicle, and customer.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed at desk or table.
• Lifting/Carrying:
  Deliveries may weigh up to 50 pounds; occasional heavy lifting and carrying of items up to 72" high.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift possible.
• Other:
  Climbing stairs or ladders as needed; reaching overhead; occasional crouching/squatting and bending during stocking and cleaning tasks.

Requires valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
