Working under the direction of the Director of Administration, this role supports the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and assisting with routine accounting and payroll-related tasks. This position is supports a broad range of HR duties, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance support, and record keeping, along with entry-level accounting activities such as receipt reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processing, payroll reporting assistance, vendor compliance tracking, and financial filing.
The ideal candidate is mission-aligned, detail-oriented and organized, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities.
Pay: $34 – $37/hour + benefits, Part-Time (24-32 hours per week)
