Key Responsibilities Assist Account Executives with processing endorsements, creating insurance documents, and liaising with external carriers Input changes and file items electronically in the EPIC document management system Prepare insurance-related documents and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures
Required Qualifications 2+ years of administration/operations and customer service experience Experience in P&C insurance, particularly Private Client Group coverage, is preferred High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training is preferred Familiarity with EPIC software and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel P&C License required within six months of hire
