Confidential Administrative Assistant
Act as administrative assistant to the principal by supporting all activities performed by the Administrator(s). These include preparation of communications, making appointments and maintaining files, and providing information concerning school programs and procedures. Recommend improvements to office procedures and campus operations as appropriate. Experience supporting the managing of school budgets. Assist in scheduling the use of school facilities and coordinating special site activities.
Under general supervision, the Confidential Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to the Deputy or Assistant Superintendent of Business Services; to perform highly complex and responsible administrative projects those are financial or legal in nature, or of a confidential nature, and to perform related work as assigned. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.
REQUIRED:
Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school included or supplemented by office related computer courses. Two years of increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience, preferable one year of which is in a school setting. DESIRED;
Experience supporting the managing of school budgets. Assist in scheduling the use of school facilities and coordinating special site activities.
