Position: Central Operations Specialist (Levels II & III)
We are seeking experienced Central Operations Specialists (II & III) to support our growing Central Operations Department. Position Overview
Both roles support daily Central Operations functions, ensuring smooth processing, strong internal service, and adherence to regulatory and bank policies. Level III serves as a senior resource and escalation point with broader responsibilities and procedure development.

Central Operations Specialist III - Senior Level
Requirements:

5+ years Central Operations experience
Strong Microsoft Office & 10-key skills

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as escalation point for complex issues
Perform all Central Ops functions (Reg E, ACH, wires, ATM balancing, mobile deposit, legal processes, etc.)
Write and update operational procedures
Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects
Provide training and act as backup across department functions
Ensure compliance and maintain a professional internal service standard

Central Operations Specialist II - Mid-Level
Requirements:

3-5 years Bank Operations experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office & 10-key skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and resolve moderately complex issues
Process various operational items (Reg E, ACH returns, wires, mobile deposits, ATM balancing, etc.)
Assist branches and departments with operational inquiries
Identify improvement opportunities and maintain compliance
Perform clerical support and follow established procedures
