Federal Sales Director

A company is looking for a Director of U.S. Federal Sales responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding presence within strategic Federal customers.

Key Responsibilities Own and execute the U.S. Federal sales strategy to expand revenue and broaden adoption across new Federal agencies Lead and develop a team of Federal Account Executives, ensuring performance and professional growth Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior Federal leaders and oversee complex negotiations for large agreements

Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions in the U.S. Federal market 7+ years of experience leading Federal sales teams with a focus on revenue growth Demonstrated success in growing revenue within existing DoD and/or Federal Civilian customers Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred) or ability to obtain one
