This is a full-time, in-office or hybrid role for a Business Development & Proposal Coordinator, based in Santa Rosa, CA. We are seeking an innovative business development and proposal coordinator who excels in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact within our growing firm. This candidate will help spearhead growth initiatives and expand our presence within the AEC industry.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strategic partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and helping both our firm and our AEC collaborators grow through meaningful connections and shared opportunities. Ideal candidates enjoy collaborating with others, possess a proactive attitude, and are passionate about contributing to team success through creative problem-solving and dedication.
As a Business Development & Proposal Coordinator, you will be working closely with senior technical staff to identify opportunities, prepare responsive statements of qualifications and proposals, prepare project presentations when needed and assist with other proposal tracking database items. Your effective communication skills will be utilized while assisting the technical staff prepare compelling and visually pleasing proposal documents.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Proposal Writing and Market Research
- Excellent Communication abilities and experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and evaluating business opportunities
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, CRM software and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledgeable in writing proposals and use of federal SF330 forms
$30 to $40 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
