Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the field operations for educational construction projects in the local area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary on-site liaison, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain high standards of quality and communication.

• Oversee and direct all on-site construction operations to meet schedule, safety, and quality objectives
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Manage daily project logistics, including labor allocation, material delivery, and equipment management
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contract requirements
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain open communication
• Enforce quality control standards and conduct regular site inspections
• Prepare daily reports, track progress, and document site activities and incidents
• Facilitate effective problem-solving and decision-making on the job site
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspections

• 3+ years’ experience as a Superintendent or similar role on educational construction projects (DSA/K-12)
• Proven track record managing field operations for multi-million-dollar construction projects in the public or private education sector
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety standards, and quality control
