Bilingual Production Manager

About the Role

Capstone Roofing is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead our residential roofing field operations. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day production, safety, and quality across all residential roofing projects, with Crew Foremen reporting directly to this position
. This role will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to Capstone’s quality standards—while serving as the primary bridge between production, safety, scheduling, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a proven residential roofing operator who can provide oversight to crews, enforce safety, and keep jobs running on time and on budget.

• Provide oversight to active roofing jobs
• Manage and provide guidance and coach Crew Foremen

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and maintain production efficiency.
• Monitor job progress, resolve field issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Partner with management, sales, and office teams to ensure smooth job handoffs and execution.

• Enforce Capstone Roofing’s safety policies and procedures across all job sites.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and SPOT safety checks.
• Ensure full compliance with Cal-OSHA
  , manufacturer guidelines, and company safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and accidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead ongoing safety training, toolbox talks, and field safety coaching.

• Guide Crew Foremen and field teams on installation quality, safety practices, and job expectations.
• Evaluate foreman performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Support ongoing safety and crew training efforts in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and safety‑first execution.

• Ensure all roofing work meets manufacturer specifications, building codes, and Capstone quality standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality outcomes.

• 5+ years of hands‑on residential roofing experience.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, installation methods, manufacturer specifications, and building codes.
• Proven experience leading Crew Foremen and field teams in a production environment.
• Strong safety leadership mindset with working knowledge of Cal-OSHA standards.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass post‑offer background check, drug screen, and DMV review (per insurance requirements).

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 per year (DOE)
