Lead multiple multifamily construction projects across the North Bay, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, field operations, and subcontractor performance. Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring OSHA safety compliance, quality standards, and efficient execution.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Lead field and project teams, oversee all phases of construction from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Manage schedules using Microsoft Project and maintain critical path timelines.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations through regular job site oversight and quality control.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, support contract and invoice review, and provide regular reporting on project progress, budgets, and risks.

• At least five years of construction project management or field leadership experience, with a focus on multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, construction documents, and proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA standards, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.

Salary: $145000 - $165000 per year.
