Assistant Superintendent – Construction

This position is site-based in the Santa Rosa area.

• Required Experience: 5 years minimum as an Assistant Superintendent or 10 years minimum as a Foreman
• Desired experience:
  • Ground-up builds, small to medium-size projects.
  • Structural steel, concrete, and site work.
  • Multifamily residence.
• Must have valid CA driver’s license
• Must be able to travel throughout Northern California as projects demand.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software preferred (e.g., Pro Core, MS Project). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in project supervision, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently is required.
• Certifications: OSHA-30 and CPR/First Aid (both can be completed after hire)

• Overall project supervision, safety, and critical path.
• Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinating between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Managing project documentation, including plans, reports, photos, and compliance documents.
• Supporting the project manager and/or site superintendent in procurement and quality assurance efforts.
• Participating in site inspections and project meetings to ensure adherence to safety and project specifications.

Salary is based on experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Company vehicle or vehicle allowance and gas card provided.
