We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join an established luxury residential General Contractor delivering architecturally significant custom homes and estate renovations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Our client is a respected luxury residential builder headquartered in California with projects across the United States. The firm has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, collaborative relationships and delivering architecturally significant homes for discerning clients. Working closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers and specialty consultants, the company is often engaged early in the design process to help guide constructability, budgeting, scheduling and project planning before construction begins.
You will support the delivery of custom residences and estate renovations on projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with work locations varying based on project assignments. Projects typically range up to $120 million and feature premium finishes, custom millwork, structural steel, concrete, sophisticated building systems and exceptional craftsmanship. Every project is unique, requiring close coordination with owners, architects, consultants and highly skilled trade partners from preconstruction through final completion.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor.
- High-end luxury residential construction experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Stable career progression with a commitment to delivering quality projects.
Base salary range of $120,000 to $165,000, plus truck/gas card, Fast Trak, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more...
