Capstone Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily residential production. You’ll coordinate field crews, vendors, and leadership to keep projects moving and deliver high-quality service to homeowners.
You’ll lead scheduling decisions, balance manpower, manage material deliveries and site logistics, and maintain accurate records with Accu Lynx. Strong English/Spanish preferred and a valid license are required.
