Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom residential homes from preconstruction through final completion. This role is responsible for delivering high-end projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong background managing luxury custom home construction and is comfortable leading complex projects while coordinating homeowners, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. Projects typically range from $5M–$25M and require exceptional attention to detail, financial oversight, and proactive communication throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities- Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout and homeowner turnover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement plans, and construction timelines.
- Coordinate homeowners, architects, interior designers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout all phases of construction.
- Review architectural plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents to ensure project accuracy and constructability.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, cost control, billing, commitments, and overall financial performance.
- Manage procurement of custom materials, specialty finishes, fixtures, and long-lead items.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, schedule progress, and workmanship.
- Identify project risks and resolve scheduling, design, budget, or construction issues before they impact delivery.
- Support field leadership by ensuring crews have the information, materials, and resources needed to maintain productivity.
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners and project stakeholders regarding schedules, selections, budgets, and milestones.
- Oversee inspections, punch-list completion, project turnover, and final closeout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
