Focused Aerial is growing our national partner network, and we’re looking for creative professionals to join The Flight Crew—our real estate media program built for photographers, videographers, drone pilots, and content creators who want more than just a gig.

This is a unique opportunity to operate as a brand-aligned partner within a flexible system that rewards both creative output and entrepreneurial mindset.

As our Real Estate Photographer, you'll be the artist behind the lens, capturing the beauty and uniqueness of various properties. Your photographs will tell a story, set a mood, and ultimately, be a key factor in selling homes. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that each photograph meets our high standards and aligns with the client's vision.
You do not need to be a drone pilot to apply. Your work will contribute to showcasing properties in the best possible way and attracting potential buyers.

• Prior experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or architectural photography
• Strong knowledge of photography principles, including composition, lighting, and editing
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture the essence and unique features of properties
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area and its real estate market is a plus
• FAA Part 107 certification or willingness to obtain it (not required)
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel to different locations as required

• Experienced with DSLR or mirrorless cameras for real estate or lifestyle work
• FAA Part 107 certified or actively working toward certification
• Comfortable shooting and organizing media under a deadline
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and composition
• Self-starter mindset with interest in scaling income and influence as a partner
