Responsibilities
  • Welcome Customers with Hospitality
    - Greet customers immediately upon arrival, providing a friendly, professional and welcoming atmosphere
  • Conduct Professional Walk-Around Inspections
    - Perform 360-degree walk-around of the vehicle with the customer to note mileage, damage, and service needs, building immediate trust.
  • Translate Technical Needs
    - Act as the liaison between the customer and technician, accurately translating customer concerns into actionable, detailed repair orders ensuring compliance to all manufacturer requirements and state/federal laws.
  • Provide Transparent Consultantions
    - Explain recommended repairs, services and associate costs to customer in plain, non-technical language.
  • Proactive Communication & Updates
    - Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicles throughout the day, providing updates before they feel the need to reach out.
  • Manager Workflow and Timelines
    - Coordinate with Dispatch and technicians to ensure repairs are completed withing the promised time frame, managing customer expectations along the way.
  • Ethical Consultative Selling
    - Offer maintenance andservicesoptions based on vehicle needs an manufacturer recommendations, using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach. 300% rule.
  • Handle Customer Concerns with Empathy
    - Proactively address customer complaints or disputes with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-time resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain High CSI Scores
    - Ensure all service work meets or exceeds quality standards to maintain to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Ensure Quality Control and Vehicle Delivery
    - Oversee the final qualify check of the vehicle, ensuring all work is completed correctly, and deliver the vehicle to the customer, thoroughly explaining the repair order.
  • Take Pride in Happy Customers
    - Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
