Santa Rosa, CA Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM $25.00 – $26.00 per hour DOE Full-Time Temporary Position with Potential for Permanent Hire

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative II to support patients, healthcare providers, and medical facilities throughout the equipment ordering process.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals obtain mobility equipment and ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.

• Answer inbound customer service calls and provide timely support.
• Make outbound calls to patients, doctors' offices, hospitals, and insurance providers.
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately within company systems.
• Verify insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and authorizations.
• Communicate order status and insurance information to patients and healthcare providers.
• Schedule equipment fittings and user training appointments.
• Process and manage a high volume of faxed orders and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders move efficiently through the fulfillment process.
• Provide compassionate and professional support to customers in potentially stressful situations.

Strong customer service and communication skills Previous experience in an office environment Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Strong computer and phone skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to remain professional when handling challenging customer interactions

• Healthcare or medical office experience highly preferred
• Experience verifying insurance benefits, co-pays, and deductibles
• Experience working with patients, physicians' offices, hospitals, or medical providers
• Familiarity with medical documentation and healthcare administration

• Competitive pay of $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
