Santa Rosa Dentistry and Implant Center is looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. From presenting treatment plans with confidence to helping patients fit their care into their budgets, you'll ensure each patient feels informed, supported, and valued. You'll also help maintain smooth patient flow, warmly greet patients, and build meaningful relationships that make every visit welcoming.

• Present and review treatment plans with patients in a clear and supportive manner.
• Educate patients on their benefits and financial options.
• Help patients fit treatment into their budgets with confidence and care.
• Ensure smooth patient flow from check-in to departure.
• Build strong relationships with patients through empathy, communication, and trust.
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain efficiency and uphold the highest standard of care.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about patient care.
• Strong communicator who can explain treatment clearly and confidently.
• A team player who values growth, feedback, and shared learning.
• Compassionate and personable, with a focus on patient relationships.
