Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Dental Assistant in Santa Rosa, CA. The role includes assisting dentists in providing exceptional patient care, preparing patients for treatments, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments, taking dental impressions, managing patient records, and providing oral healthcare guidance. The Registered Dental Assistant will also work closely with the team to deliver an efficient and supportive clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Assisting tasks including chairside assistance and patient preparation
- Strong understanding of Dental Care, Oral Care, and general dentistry practices
- Experience with Sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
- Good communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- State licensure or certification as a Registered Dental Assistant
- CPR certification is a plus
- Organizational skills and ability to manage patient records effectively
