Homebound is seeking a Senior Designer - Field AI to shape how AI feels for our field teams, including Superintendents and DCOs. You will design end-to-end experiences across our mobile app, AI-based video analysis, and on-site data capture interfaces.
You will translate frontier AI capabilities into clear, trustworthy interfaces, balancing confidence, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop corrections. Collaboration with PMs and engineers is essential, along with strong executive storytelling.
