Practice detailsWe are subspecialized with a 1:9 call schedule, but not high-level trauma. There is also a large Physical Medicine non-operative team with a 1/1 PA pairing and coordinators who work closely with the team. There’s an 80% same-day home recovery rate consistent with region, and mentorship opportunities are available.
Santa Rosa is close to city life, more affordable, family-centered and community-based.

We currently have the following opportunity available:

Requirements- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
- AI-Based charting and an outstanding electronic medical record system that allows flexibility in patient management.

- Competitive compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision
- Northern California Home Loan Program - up to $250,000 for down payment, interest-free for 10 years, and no payments until end of 10-year period
- Moving Allowance paid directly by TPMG - up to $10,000
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer

- Paid holidays, sick leave, and education leave, including paid time off for Board Certification exam

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
