Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa is looking for a full-time hand orthopedic surgeon.

Our Santa Rosa group is collaborative and 100% teamwork focused, sharing cases which makes them stand out. Being community and family connected is a priority, so work-life balance is a highlight.

We are subspecialized with a 1:9 call schedule, but not high-level trauma. There is also a large Physical Medicine non-operative team with a 1/1 PA pairing and coordinators who work closely with the team. There’s an 80% same-day home recovery rate consistent with region, and mentorship opportunities are available.

Santa Rosa is close to city life, more affordable, family-centered and community-based.

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

• Competitive compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision
• Northern California Home Loan Program - up to $250,000 for down payment, interest-free for 10 years, and no payments until end of 10-year period
• Moving Allowance paid directly by TPMG - up to $10,000

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
* Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
