Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa is looking for a full-time hand orthopedic surgeon.

Our Santa Rosa group is a collaborative and 100% teamwork focused who share cases which makes them stand out. Being community and family connected is a priority to the team so work life balance is a highlight.

We are subspecialized and have a 1:9 call schedule, but not high-level trauma. There is also a large Physical Medicine non-operative team, they have a 1/1 PA pairing, and coordinators who all work closely with the team to support the providers. There’s an 80% same day home recovery rate consistent w/region and mentorship opportunities are available.

Santa Rosa is close to city life, with being a bit more affordable, family center and community based.

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

• AI-Based charting and an outstanding electronic medical record system that allows flexibility in patient management.

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
