Role SummaryWe are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on‑site care, complementing your current practice. This flexible, part‑time role offers revenue share compensation and supports work‑life balance.
Responsibilities- Provide on‑site orthopedic care during 4‑hour weekly or biweekly shifts.
- Treat medically complex patients and facilitate return to work.
- Manage both surgical and non‑surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
- Collaborate with medical and therapy teams and communicate with employers.
- Participate in case management.
- Experience with work‑related injuries.
- Licensed medical doctor (MD or DO), unrestricted DEA license.
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Must hold medical malpractice insurance.
- Revenue‑share compensation.
- Flexible, part‑time schedule.
