Requirements / Qualifications
Education:
Possession of an advanced degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university is desired.
Experience:
Three or more years of effective teaching experience. Two or more years of experience mentoring in NCSOE programs as a district Mentor. Experience coordinating and facilitating a variety of instructional strategies, learning activities and courses, including online/distance teaching. Experience teaching adult learners. Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and collaboration. Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching and supervising Mentees. Credentials:
Appropriate valid California Teaching Credential or equivalent licensure. Other- DOJ & FBI Finger pints and proof of TB vaccination are required. A mandatory employment disclose by all former employers for the AB2534 must be completed prior to employment.
